Carbide Cutting blades coated and uncoated from European production. The cutting depth is 6 mm up to 15 mm and can be used for the following materials. Magnetic foils – Cardboard – Polycarbonate – Forex – Rubber and Paper gaskets – Leather – Polyester foil – Thin PVC sheets – Polystyrene foam – PP twinwall sheets.

This blade is compatible with all commercially available machines.

The ta-C coating has a hardness of about 80% of a diamond and is applied with a layer thickness of 0.001 mm, this prevents excessive rounding of the cutting edge compared to other coatings and significantly extends the service life.

Applications:

- For cardboard, carton and folding carton
- Hollow chamber sheets, PVC foam sheets, thin rigid PVC foils.
- Magnetic foils
- Leather and vinyl furniture fabrics
