Milling cutters for plastics must have certain properties in order to prevent melting or clogging during milling. In addition to the speed and feed rate, the most important parameters of solid carbide single tooth cutters include the polished flute. A special coating ensures improved chip flow and significantly extends the service life of the tool. The decisive factor, however, is the cutting edge geometry: plastics can only be machined efficiently with particularly sharp milling cutters.

These tools are therefore not only suitable for acrylic glass, especially for acrylic glass XT, but also for polycarbonate, PVC and wood and almost all thermoplastics.

We can produce special tools including coating for you within 2-3 weeks. All products come from European production.
