This cutter is exclusively for fine cutting on acrylic / polycarbonate and produces a high-end milling edge of excellent slightly shiny quality (almost like polished). The tool should be used as a finish cutter to ensure a long quality of the cutting result. The bottom when milling also becomes extremely fine.

Applications:

Optimal cutting results are achieved with the following cutting values:
Acrylic/Polycarbonate = Vc 200 - 400; Vc = ca. 300
Advancement by knife fz = 0,05 - 0,1 mm/rpm
