This tool is especial for fine finishing on Aluminium surfaces.  The 3 flutes are produced in the “Super Polish” process and coated with Tixal Fly.

The chip removal in this cutter is excellent and the coating very durable. The tool is center cutting.

The cutter is also very well suited for trochoidal milling. The spiraling is 45 degrees and the cutter is equipped with an edge protection facet of 0.05 – 0.2 mm.
